The Minnesota State Fair is adding 36 new food and drink options and nine new vendors to its lineup for 2026 as a tradition like no other gets ready to kick off next month.
The Minnesota State Fair is adding 36 new food and drink options and nine new vendors to its lineup for 2026 as a tradition like no other gets ready to kick off next month.
Some of the new foods include Pickle Pie at LuLu’s Public House, a Surf ‘N’ Turf Burger at Cafe Caribe and a Hmong Corndog at Union Hmong Kitchen.
The fair also announced that new vendor, Dockside Poppers at Summer Lakes Boat House, will open in a brand-new building with live entertainment every day.
Fair officials said some items will only be available for a limited time, including Jamaican Jerk Chicken Loaded Fries from Aug. 27 to Sept. 1 and Midtown Global Market’s El Taco Torro from Sept. 2 through Sept. 7.
