Keira Knightley and Her Husband James Righton Make a Rare Appearance Together

Keira Knightley is among the stars in attendance for the men’s semifinals at Wimbledon today, appearing with her husband, musician James Righton. It’s a rare appearance together for the low-key couple, who have been together for over a decade. Knightley and Righton married in 2013 and have two daughters, Edie (b. 2015) and Delilah (b. 2019).
Knightley looked stylish in an all-white Ralph Lauren outfit, while Righton chose a summer suit with a purple dress shirt and Gucci loafers. Last year, the couple went to the men’s finals and sat in the Royal Box.

Season two of Knightley’s Netflix spy thriller, Black Doves, is expected to premiere later this year. “I would actually be the worst spy in the entire world,” Knightley told Town & Country about her character in the show. “If somebody tells me something juicy, I want to tell everybody within five seconds. You’d see it written all over my face.”
Up next for the actress, however, is “a new West End adaptation of Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck’s Oscar-winning film The Lives of Others,” per the Hollywood Reporter. The production will be adapted and directed by Rockert Icke at London’s Adelphi Theatre. Knightley will star across from Bridgerton’s Luke Thompson and Game of Thrones’ Stephen Dillane; Thompson, coincidentally, is also at Wimbledon today. The Lives of Others premieres on October 29, and is set to run until January 9, 2027.
Other celebrities spotted at the Wimbledon men’s semifinals include Lesley Manville, Richard E. Grant, Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Felicity Jones, Hugh Laurie, Dustin Hoffman, and more.
