Happy 40th Birthday, Wyatt Russell! See the Actor’s Sweetest Photos with Parents Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell Over the Years

Wyatt Russell takes after his mom and dad in many ways.

Hollywood icons Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell welcomed their first son together on July 10, 1986. (They are also parents to Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson, Hawn’s children from a prior marriage, and Boston Russell, Kurt’s son from a previous relationship.) Like his parents and two of his siblings, Wyatt became an actor, and the Thunderbolts star recently played opposite his father in the TV series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.

Hawn and Kurt have allowed their children to pave their own paths in the industry, but they occasionally offer sage advice. A piece of showbiz wisdom they once offered Wyatt: “Be on time, don’t be an a—— and remember your lines.”

On Wyatt’s 40th birthday, July 10, 2026, see him grow up in front of the camera with photos next to Hawn and Kurt.
