The 51st season of Saturday Night Live was a hit — and one of the season’s most memorable Hosts just received a huge honor in recognition of his performance in Studio 8H.
On Wednesday, June 8, the nominees for the 78th annual Emmy Awards were officially announced. And Connor Storrie earned his first-ever nomination in the category of Outstanding Guest Actor In A Comedy Series for his work as Host of SNL‘s February 28 episode.
The Heated Rivalry star made the most out of his debut hosting duties all night long, from bringing his own original character to a sketch to getting slap-happy in “The Gentlemen’s Code.” (In fact, his performance in that pretaped sketch earned Storrie rave reviews from Season 51 cast member Mikey Day.)

Is there a new episode of SNL tonight, July 11, 2026?
No, there isn’t a new episode of SNL on tonight, July 11. The show is currently on summer hiatus until the new season begins later this year.
The last new episode was the season finale with Will Ferrell as Host that was so packed that the show dropped three Cut for Time sketches, as well as a full-on Paul McCartney concert during (and after!) goodnights.
In fact, there were two dozen Cut for Time sketches in total that made their way to social media throughout Season 51 — and we’ve rounded up every one of them here.

Who is Host and Musical Guest for the July 11 SNL episode?
Tonight’s episode is a repeat of the Harry Styles episode from March 14. Tune in at 11:30 ET/10:30c/8:30 PT on NBC and Peacock.
The previously-aired episode also featured Styles as the Musical Guest, making him one of only three stars to pull double duty in Season 51 (Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo being the others). The former One Direction member starred in standout sketches like “MAHAspital” and “White Castle Drive-Thru,” the latter of which showed off how funny Veronika Slowikowska and Jane Wickline are as a comedic duo.

When does the new season of SNL start?
We can’t share the exact premiere date yet, but you’ll know as soon as we’re able to. The ticket lottery occurs in August, as it does every year.
