Hunt is charged with motor vehicle homicide and DUI causing serious bodily injury. As of Wednesday night he remains at Douglas County Corrections on $10 million bond.

His preliminary hearing is set for August 17.

If Hunt bonds out, he will be required to comply with GPS monitoring and 24-7 sobriety programming.

Prior to the crash, Hunt was out on bond for another DUI charge he was arrested for on April 3 in Bellevue.

According to court documents, Hunt was heading east on West Center Road, driving at excessive speeds and weaving through traffic. It was said in court that Hunt’s vehicle was driving at 98 MPH one second prior to the accident.

Hunt’s Chevrolet collided with a Subaru that was turning south onto 114th Street, splitting the Subaru in half. The injuries Hunt sustained in the crash sent him to the hospital.

“ZS suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries. And as of this morning was still considered very critical and non-stable,” Douglas County Prosecutor Douglas Amen said.

At the hospital, Hunt’s BAC was measured at a .095, and Hunt admitted to authorities that he took Adderall earlier in the day.

A warrant was then issued for blood and urine samples from Hunt. He refused to provide samples of either for the warrant.
