Christian Leroy Duncan is younger, taller, and longer and isn’t careless enough to drop his guard and let Cannonier land a big shot. I expect Duncan’s movement and physical advantages to be more than Cannonier can handle at this stage of his career.

Cannonier is only dangerous at this stage when facing a stationary opponent, and he’ll be hard-pressed to pin Duncan down long enough to land the perfect strike to put him down.
Also, Duncan’s height and reach will allow him to control the fight and set the pace to his liking, bullying the aging Cannonier and peppering him with heavy shots. Duncan is a significant favorite, and that line will climb, so my best bet is that he’ll run Cannonier down and stop him.
