PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A motorcyclist is dead after a crash on Northeast 33rd Avenue in Portland on Sunday evening, according to police.
Shortly before 8 p.m., officers with the Portland Police Bureau were sent to the crash that happened on the Northeast 33rd overpass at Northeast Columbia Boulevard.
Police found the motorcycle rider on the ground when they arrived, and emergency medical responders determined the rider had died.
While police investigate the crash, the Northeast 33rd Avenue overpass is closed between Northeast Dekum Street and Northeast Columbia Boulevard.
