Connor Goldson has returned home after successful open heart surgery.
But he has revealed he spent a night in intensive care.
The former Albion centre-back has had to undergo a second major operation in less than ten years.

He said the 13-hour procedure went well but added: “A lot more bumps, bruises, cuts and holes than in 2017.”
Goldson said he spent one night in intensive care and another in a high dependency unit.
He was allowed home after five days.
Goldson is sharing updates of his operation and recovery via social media.
He was first found to have a heart defect during a routine screening procedure when he was playing for the Seagulls in the Championship.
Successful surgery saw him resume his playing career, initially in the Premier League, but he was recently told he needed a second operation.

He wrote: “It’s crazy how the simplest of things are now so difficult but day by day I’m feeling better and getting more dependant.

Goldson, 33, has been playing in Cyprus for Aris Limassol and recently signed for their city rivals Apollon.
He made more than 300 appearances for Rangers after leaving Albion at the end of their first Prem season.
