Rome Seymour’s exit didn’t take long to impact the house. Kamu Kirk climbed to power in the Week 3 Head of Household competition, and by Friday morning he was already laying the groundwork for his nominations — though not without some pushback.
According to live feed chatter, Kamu’s plan was to nominate Lyric Medeiros, Mallory Aurichio, and LaTrice Verrett, with Jason De Puy as his real target via the ol’ backdoor. The problem? Lyric isn’t exactly on board with being a pawn. Kamu spent the morning trying to convince her she’s safe and that he’d use the Veto on her if he wins it, but she wasn’t having it, floating alternatives like Taylor Brown and Barrett Pfeiffer. “They’ll never go home,” she insisted.
Kamu also had some game advice for Latrice: “Don’t nag us.” Yes, the MMA fighter warned momma LaLa that if she doesn’t let the houseguests live in squalor she’s gonna find herself on the chopping block. “Let them live in a mess,” he demanded. LaTrice took it in stride, but we can’t wait for her real reaction once the Diary Room opens up. Don’t let us down, CBS!

Meanwhile, Lyric and Mallory spiraled in the bunk beds together while Taylor made major inroads with Kamu. He laid out his entire plan for the school counselor — and she seems satisfied knowing she’s not going on the block. Is this a new alliance in the making? We wouldn’t be mad at it. Anything to shake up this house!

After the live feeds came back, Kamu had made good on his promise. The three nominees for eviction are LaTrice, Lyric, and Mallory. Jason is still the backdoor plan, but if he wins the Veto or BB Block Buster, Kamu would be fine with Mallory going home as well.
