2026 F1 championship standings after Hungarian Grand Prix

Kimi Antonelli has extended his lead in the F1 drivers’ title to 50 points over Lewis Hamilton after finishing third in the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The Italian started in seventh and did well to progress to third, capitalising on a long opening stint and strong tyres in the closing stages.
Hamilton finished in fifth but crossed the line in fourth, with a five-second time penalty hurting the seven-time world champion. George Russell lost further ground in sixth.
Mercedes remain comfortable leaders of the constructors’ standings.
