Aubrey Plaza Shows Off Bare Baby Bump Photo Ahead of Welcoming Her First Child

Aubrey Plaza is baby bumpin’!
The mother-to-be, 42, took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend to give fans a rare glimpse at her pregnancy journey.
The Parks and Recreation alum, who is expecting her first child with boyfriendChristopher Abbott, snapped a mirror selfie on Saturday, lifting her black tank top to reveal her growing baby bump.
Though it’s unclear when The White Lotus star is due, Plaza unbuttoned her black jeans in the photo to make way for her growing stomach as she moves further along in her pregnancy.
Plaza first debuted her baby bump while walking her dog in New York City back in April, a little over a year after her estranged husband, Jeff Baena, died by suicide in January 2025.

Later that month, the actress spoke about stepping into this new chapter and becoming a mom during an April 20 episode of the SmartLess podcast.
“Well, there’s a baby inside of me,” Plaza quipped before sharing how she was getting on. “Today was a big day. I went to the doctor’s today.”
Luckily, she had her pups by her side, telling hosts Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes that she also had an appointment with the vet.
“Both of us — my dog’s getting a scan right now. I got a scan earlier. I’m not kidding. She had to get an ultrasound on her stomach,” the Dirty Grandpa star continued. “And then I got an ultrasound on my stomach, and there is a baby in there.”
When it comes to her feelings on motherhood, Plaza said she was excited to find out what all the fuss is about.
“I’ve always wanted to see what that’s all about,” Plaza added. “It just seems so interesting, that whole thing.”

As for Abbott, 40, the Girls alum has also expressed his excitement about becoming a first-time parent, saying during a May 18 appearance on Today that between his Tony-nominated role in Death of a Salesman and preparing to become a father, he’s been juggling a lot.
“It’s just too much. There’s too much going on,” the actor, who starred alongside Plaza in several projects, including 2020’s Black Bear and the two-person stage play Danny and the Deep Blue Sea in 2023, before the pair got together, quipped.
“This is the real role of life. The role of dad,” Today cohost Carson Daly chimed in, with Jenna Bush Hager adding, “We all love Aubrey here and we’re so happy for the both of you.”
“Yes, that’s very nice. Thank you very much. It’s very exciting,” Abbott replied.
