Via the California Post, CBS broadcaster Tony Romo allegedly had an open container of alcohol in the car he was driving when he was pulled over in Milwaukee last week.
Romo was cited for alleged possession of open intoxicants. He was separately cited for operating while intoxicated, for unsafe passing on the right, and for refusing to submit to a breath test.
On Tuesday, TMZ published the bodycam video from the traffic stop and the ensuing field sobriety test. Romo has a September 21 court date regarding the traffic citations.
He faces a potential revocation of his driver’s license for one year, due to the refusal to submit to breath testing.
