WINCHESTER, Tenn. (WZTV) — An AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday afternoon for a missing 1-year-old Franklin County girl believed to be with her non-custodial mother, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Authorities are searching for Lilly Hill, who is described as weighing approximately 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
According to the TBI, Lilly was last seen Wednesday in Winchester.
Investigators believe she may be with her non-custodial mother, Kasey Hill, who is wanted on Franklin County warrants charging aggravated kidnapping, child endangerment and felony evading.
Authorities said they may be traveling in a blue 2017 Kia Sportage with Tennessee license plate 384BQVJ.
Anyone who sees Lilly Hill or the vehicle, or has information about her whereabouts, is urged to call the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office at 931-967-2331 or the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
