The alleged suspect is 29-year-old Julio Roman-Garcia. He is described as 5’11” tall, 400 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was seen wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and black sweatpants.

He is believed to be driving a 2014 gray Honda Accord with CA plate 9RUN898.

The Amber Alert said three children, Maximus Roman, Kaiser Roman, and Hailee Roman, were last seen on Wednesday, July 29, at around 11:30 a.m. on East Coso Avenue and East Las Flores Avenue in Ridgecrest.
The children are described as:
- 10-year-old Maximus Roman: 4’7” tall, 50 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a gray tank top and jean shorts.
