LIGA MX has named 24 players who will participate in the 2026 MLS All-Star Game presented by Chime, set for Wednesday, July 29 at Charlotte FC’s Bank of America Stadium (8 pm ET | Apple TV).
Roster highlights
Fresh off winning the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup, Toluca have four representatives – and Antonio Mohamed will serve as head coach.
Meanwhile, Cruz Azul (2025 CCC winners) have a team-high five players on the squad, and CF Pachuca (2024 CCC winners) have four.
Four players – goalkeeper Carlos Acevedo, defender Jesús Gallardo, defender Israel Reyes and midfielder Erik Lira – represented Mexico at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Additionally, defender Willer Ditta competed for Colombia at this summer’s tournament.
Cruz Azul fullback Omar Campos brings MLS experience, having previously played at LAFC.

The following LIGA MX players are not playing in the 2026 MLS All-Star Game for various reasons:

Rivalry resumes
This will be the fifth MLS All-Star Game meeting between the best from MLS and LIGA MX.
MLS holds an all-time 3-1 advantage in the summertime showcase, including last year’s 3-1 triumph in Austin, Texas.
