Deputies respond to Clackamas Town Center on report of possible gunshots

HAPPY VALLEY, Ore. (KATU) — Deputies were called to the Clackamas Town Center on Thursday night on a report of possible shooting.
No injuries were reported and deputies said they believed there was no threat to the public. They are investigating and interviewing witnesses.
According to multiple witnesses that KATU spoke to deputies were out in force at the mall.
People began calling the KATU newsroom shortly before 11 p.m. to report something was going on there.
The newsroom dispatched a reporter to the scene.
Witnesses there told him that they heard more than a dozen gunshots and saw numerous patrol cars parked at the mall. They said they evacuated. They were there to see the new Spider-Man movie.
All appeared calm at the mall when the reporter was there. He saw one deputy drive by.
