Jax Taylor is no longer the No. 1 guy in the group, but he might be the No. 1 guy in Lori Krebs’s heart. After years of rumors, Taylor and Krebs — who was his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright’s longtime publicist until recently — were spotted cozying up in a pool in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, earlier this month. Since then, Taylor hasn’t publicly commented on what looked to be a budding relationship. But on Wednesday, he wrote on Instagram that he’s “taken.”
Taylor posted a sponsored photo of himself in a pool staring off into the distance with a SmartWater prominently stationed nearby. One commenter noted they were surprised Taylor hadn’t gotten his own show or been named the next Bachelor. To this, he responded, “No thanks I am taken. ❤️.”
Since Taylor and Krebs were seen together, Cartwright has reportedly cut ties with the publicist, and a source told Us Weekly that she’s “sick to her stomach over” the rumored relationship. Sure, maybe Taylor has found a new, twisted way to ruin his ex’s week. But she’s still starring on The Valley, while he’s busy posting meditative pool pics. Seems like there’s a clear winner to me.
