There are delays and heavy congestion currently being reported for both carriageways on the M25 around J6 (Godstone) due to an earlier crash.
In its latest update for the clockwise carrigeway, traffic monitoring site Inrix said: “Severe delays and one lane closed and the entry slip road is partially blocked due to accident, a car and a motorbike involved and fuel spillage on M25 clockwise at J6 A22 (Godstone). Congestion to Clacket Lane Services, and A22 queues either side back to Godstone and Caterham.”
In the latest update for the anticlockwise, Inrix said: “Severe delays and queueing traffic for ten miles due to earlier broken down car and the accident opposite on M25 anticlockwise at J6 A22 (Godstone). Congestion to J9 (Leatherhead), and back onto the M23 northbound. Travel time is nearly 60 minutes.”
