In addition to delivering laughs in sketches like the slap-filled “The Gentlemen’s Code” and “Tutoring the Cool Kid,” Storrie’s performance earned the Heated Rivalry actor his first-ever Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor In A Comedy Series.
“SNL was such a ‘pinch me’ moment in my career,” Storrie told the Hollywood Reporter. “It was a formative part of my life growing up, so to be recognized by the Academy for hosting feels incredibly surreal. I’m so grateful to everyone who made that night possible,” the Texas native said.
