GameStop to cut long-term debt by $1.4B through note exchange (GME:NYSE)

GameStop (GME) has agreed to exchange about $1.4B of its outstanding convertible senior notes for shares of its Class A common stock under privately negotiated agreements with certain existing noteholders.

The exchange includes ~$400M of its 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030
