Reality TV’s Sidney Starr arrested on child sex charges at Fulton County hotel

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A reality TV star was arrested at a metro Atlanta hotel on child sex charges over the weekend.
Sidney Starr, whose legal name is Sidney Favors, was arrested Sunday at the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel, located off International Boulevard in Hapeville near the airport, for the alleged sexual assault of a boy, arrest warrants show.
Favors is being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail on charges of aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16 and sodomy, according to jail records.
According to the warrants, Favors allegedly confessed to performing oral sex on a boy at the hotel on Sunday morning, claiming the act was consensual.

Favors is a transgender model known for her appearances on several reality shows filmed in Atlanta, including “Atlanta Plastic” and “Baddies ATL.” She also starred in “Love & Hip Hop: New York,” and on one episode of the hit series “Empire.”
A spokesperson for the Hapeville Police Department told Atlanta News First the department could not release further details on the case because it involves a juvenile.
