The city council has granted consent for the creation of four courts at M60 Office Park in Swinton.
Olympic Properties has been given permission to create the quartet of courts at the eight-acre office park, increasing the site’s amenity offer.
The canopy-covered would be constructed on an underutilised acre of grass next to the campus’ existing amenity hub, which contains a gym.
A planning statement prepared by Prime Property Consultancy states that “by transforming an underutilised central grassed area into a high-quality, publicly accessible sports facility, the scheme addresses the growing demand for padel while delivering recreational benefits to office tenants and the wider community
