Swim Barn is a purpose-built pool which has been developed on Raddel Lane, in Higher Whitley.
The team behind the family-run business have been hard at work constructing the new swimming facility since early 2025.
Now, a first look at the pool has been shared by the team as the business gears up to open later this year.
“We know many of you are eager to find out when we’ll be opening, and we’re just as excited to welcome you through our doors,” a spokesperson said.

“We’re now in the final stages of completing our new facility. The only thing we’re waiting for it the final approval from Building Control before we can officially announce our opening date.”
Swim Barn will aim to help swimmers of all ages build confidence in water, and offer lessons for babies and toddlers, children and adults.
