The Spider-Man: Brand New Day costars hosted a private party on Aug. 4 celebrating their wedding after getting married earlier this year, a source tells PEOPLE.
The couple joined friends and family at Beaverbrook Hotel, a luxury country house hotel, in Surrey, U.K., which boasts 56 rooms and suites and sits on 370 acres. The sprawling estate is located near Holland’s hometown of Kingston upon Thames, South West London.

“There was very natural theme to the wedding,” the source adds, noting that Holland’s
three brothers Sam, Harry and Paddy were in attendance and stayed in the cottages dotted around the estate. During the celebration, the brothers wore black tuxedos and tucked dainty wildflowers into the buttonholes of their jackets.
Deuxmoi was first to report the news.
Reps for Holland, Zendaya and the Beaverbrook Hotel did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

For years, Zendaya, 29, and Holland, 30, who met while filming the first Spider-Man movie, maintained that they were close friends as speculation about their relationship followed the costars. Their characters, Peter Parker and MJ, shared their first on-screen kiss in 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home.
In July 2021, their relationship was publicly confirmed when the pair were photographed kissing in a car. Two months later, Holland celebrated Zendaya’s 25th birthday by sharing a mirror selfie of the pair taken while he was dressed as Spider-Man.
“My MJ, have the happiest of birthdays. Gimme a call when you’re up xxx,” Holland wrote in the September 2021 post. “Calling now♥️,” Zendaya replied hours later.

In January 2025, Zendaya sparked engagement speculation when she attended the Golden Globes wearing a large diamond ring on her left ring finger. Less than 24 hours later, PEOPLE confirmed that Zendaya and Holland were engaged.
Earlier this year, Law Roach, 48, claimed that Zendaya and Holland’s nuptials “already happened.” While chatting with Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, the Project Runway judge said, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”
Later that month on March 15, Zendaya added fuel to the marriage rumors by stepping out at the 2026 Oscars wearing a wedding band, which she has since continued to wear on red carpets.
But it wasn’t until June that Holland officially confirmed their marriage. He let the happy news slip when he debunked AI wedding photos, telling Esquire in an interview published on June 16 that his relatives weren’t fooled by the fake photos because “they were all there” at the couple’s actual wedding.

Nearly two weeks later, Roach shared his thoughts on the AI-generated wedding looks, teasing on Good Morning America that Zendaya’s real wedding dress was “better than that.”
Since then, Holland has begun to publicly call Zendaya his “wife.” During an appearance on the U.K.-based Dish podcast in July, the actor, who costars with Zendaya in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey was asked, “Which person would you like a holiday in Greece with?” during a quick-fire question round.
“I think probably my wife would be pretty good,” he replied. “It would be a bit strange if I went, ‘Sorry babe, I’m gonna take Matt [Damon, Holland and Zendaya’s Odyssey costar] actually.”
However, the A-list couple may never share intimate details about their nuptials. Zendaya previously shared why she won’t directly confirm her marriage to Holland, explaining that she wants to preserve privacy in her relationship.
“I just feel like for me there is a level of parasocial investment in my personal relationship, which I understand. I’m aware that I’m a public person and so is he, and I’m also aware that we’ve grown up in front of people and we’ve done movies where we fall in love with each other, so I really do understand that, and I don’t want to dismiss that like, ‘Stay out of my business’ or whatever,” the actress said on the April 1 episode of The New York Times‘ Modern Love podcast. “In a lot of ways, I’m also a very private person, and I try my best to be able to have things for myself and for him as well.”
While the couple is not trying to “hide [themselves] from the world,” they are trying to “preserve things” for themselves to “maintain that joy” between the two of them and their loved ones, said Zendaya. Although the Euphoria star understands that there’s a lot of public interest in her relationship, she refuses to share every detail with fans.
“I hear it, but I also [have] my own little boundaries of what I like to bring up and talk about, but then also what I’m willing to share, you know?” she said, adding, “I just try to find the balance in the middle there.”
