‘Stop’: Most beautiful girl, 24, has had enough

The “most beautiful girl in the world” has made her first public appearance after clapping back at critics who claimed she’s gone under the knife.
Thylane Blondeau, 24, attended the Miu Miu show at Paris Fashion Week on Monday, opting for an outfit that appeared to cater for the cooler weather now creeping in across the Northern Hemisphere.
She posed up a storm in a brown wool suit from the Italian fashion house, that was paired with a cream V-neck sweater top underneath and co-ordinated pointed heels.
Blondeau also wore clear glasses to the runway show, while her long brown tresses were styled in loose waves.
But while the world-famous French model, who shot to fame at just six years old, looked effortlessly chic outside the Palais d’Iena in the capital city, behind the scenes, Blondeau had been handling unwanted attention.

Blondeau recently took to Instagram to address relentless online commentary that has plagued her for over a decade.
Sharing a screenshot of a follower asking what she had “done with her lips,” she confessed that she was “tired” of the speculation.
“I know that in this generation people tend to do things very early, but I’ve never touched anything,” she wrote in the now expired Instagram Stories post, the New York Post reports.
“You can look at photos of me when I was younger nothing has changed. People love to compare and make things up but just because I wear makeup or use a lip liner doesn’t mean I’ve had my lips or face done. At some point we need to stop with that.”
Blondeau has been under scrutiny since she was first recognised for her striking blue eyes, long blonde hair and pouty lips at the age of 3 when she was hand-picked by fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier.
In 2006, she graced the cover of Vogue Enfants, a version of the magazine focused specifically on children’s fashion, where her cover shot earned her the title of “the most beautiful girl in the world” in the TC Candler’s annual 100 Most Beautiful Faces of the Year list.
The daughter of French footballer Patrick Blondeau and TV presenter Veronika Loubry has gone on to build a hugely successful modelling career – but it hasn’t been without controversy.
A French Vogue shoot that saw her wearing heavy makeup and adult clothes when she was just 10 years old attracted criticism at the time for being too grown up.
In 2019, she topped TC Candler’s annual 100 Most Beautiful Faces of the Year list again, writing on Instagram that she was so grateful to once again come in first.
“I just can’t believe it myself … thanks so much @tccandler and everyone who voted,” Blondeau wrote. “I’m thankful to all of you.”
She has previously suffered with health issues, revealing in 2022 she had a large ovarian cyst removed.
“This year I saw three different gynaecologists, I’ve seen more than four radiology centres in Paris and all of them said the same thing, ‘Don’t worry, you have nothing, it’s all in your head,’” she wrote.
However, the pain continued and eventually she was sent for an MRI. It showed a cyst measuring more than 5cm touching her ovary – and doctors rushed her back into theatre for another emergency operation.
“I’m finally feeling better, I’m finally feeling free,” she added.
“I really thought I was crazy for complaining about my stomach for so long. Happy that I never gave up.”
Today, she’s signed to the famous IMG modelling agency alongside the likes of Kaia Gerber and Gigi Hadid.
Blondeau is also the founder and creative director of a beauty and hair care brand called Enalyht.
