Fire breaks out at derelict Narrowcliff Hotel in Newquay

A large fire has broken out at a derelict hotel in Cornwall.

Crews from five stations were at the blaze at the Narrowcliff Hotel, in Newquay, according to Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service.

A spokesperson for the service said crews arrived at 03:18 BST.

In an update at 13:20, they said some crews remained at the scene and a fire investigation would be carried out.
