How to watch UConn men’s basketball exhibition game vs. BC

UConn vs. Boston College

TV: NBC Sports Boston/UConn+ (streaming)

Radio: UConn Sports Network – FOX Sports 97.9 FM

Bright lights: No matter how good (or bad) UConn may look on Monday night, perhaps the most important aspect is that some of the new players can get out in front of a big crowd and experience what it’s like to be a Husky.

“If you struggle when these things are public, all of a sudden your players maybe even get a sense of what it’s going to be like in-season when you lose or play bad, what the external’s like at UConn,” Dan Hurley noted. “So maybe it’s not the worst thing, because it gets real quickly.”

Injury list?: It’s possible UConn could be down a couple of starters due to injuries that don’t appear to be serious.

Tarris Reed Jr. and Silas Demary Jr. have missed practice recently and aren’t likely to play on Monday night due to hamstring and calf injuries, respectively.

Reed, a 6-foot-11 senior who was the Huskies’ most productive big man last season despite coming off the bench, is expected to be one of the top centers in the country this season. Demary, a 6-4 junior point guard, averaged 13.5 points per game last season at Georgia and should be UConn’s starting point guard this season.
