Lisburn hotel becomes first in the city to earn four-star rating from tourism body

The Haslem Hotel in Lisburn Square, part of the Haslem group of hospitality venues, is the first hotel in the city to go to a four star rating after the latest inspection from Tourism NI.
It was founded to have a “high degree of culinary professionalism” that served “well-prepared” dishes “with finesse”.

The tourism body also lauded the customer service on offer at the hotel, saying that “guests can expect a warm, relaxed and professional welcome”.
Tourism NI provides its Quality Grading Scheme to hotels, guest houses, B&Bs, self-catering, hostels and guest accommodation, with a scale that goes up to five stars.
Niall Burns, director of hospitality at Haslem Hotel, said: “We are honoured to receive a four-star grading from Tourism Northern Ireland, a distinction that recognises Haslem Hotel as the only four-star hotel in Lisburn city.
“This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to hospitality in the area and the dedication of our exceptional team.
