Olivia, 34, isn’t ready to commit to having children, while footballer Brad, 31, has been itching to start a family for years.

Friends of the couple say they are arguing about the future, but were seen putting on a brave face last night while on a double date with Love Island’s Georgia Harrison and Jack Stacey.

The source told us: “They’re at a crossroads. Brad wants kids and is frustrated that Olivia won’t give him an answer about when she will start trying.

“He is worried she’ll never be ready because he is desperate to be a dad.

Olivia Attwood reveals her marriage is ‘unsettled’ as she consults a psychic

“It’s obviously hugely concerning because they are both in completely different headspaces when it comes to the next step in their marriage.

“There’s a worry that their relationship won’t recover if they can’t compromise.”

The power couple first started dating ten years ago, but the start of their relationship was rocked by Brad’s infidelity.

He won Olivia back after she split from her Love Island boyfriend Chris Hughes – and proposed in 2019.

Brad has been ready to have kids ever since, but someone close to Olivia insisted: “He adores Olivia and fully supports her position.”

Cracks in their relationship were first exposed this summer during Olivia’s wild holiday to Ibiza while Brad stayed home for football training.

He was said to be “furious” and put Olivia firmly “in the doghouse” when pictures of her cosying up to best friend Pete Wicks on a yacht were published.

After recent successes in her career – from joining Loose Women to fronting the second series of Bad Boyfriends – Olivia was said to be letting off steam after a hectic work schedule.

She was said to be frustrated by the backlash to her letting loose on holiday – but sources say she was looking for an escape for her relationship dilemma.

One insider said: “Olivia admits there is internal conflict and hesitation about having children.

“She’s said that while she and Bradley would like a family, but has acknowledged the sacrifices involved, and that she doesn’t want to take time off work to have a baby because of her ambitious personality.

“She isn’t ruling out having children, but she’s said that now isn’t the right time for her.”

Olivia this week consulted a psychic about her love life and admitted finding marriage “hard” when answering a fan’s question.

“He’s alive I swear,” said Olivia.

“10 years of us. A lot has changed.

“Marriage is frikinnn hard (no one wants to say that part out loud) and I’m not a faker – I’m not posting pictures if they don’t reflect our reality.

“We are doing our thing and if there are any more updates you will be first to know.”

“She isn’t ruling out having children, but she’s told Brad that now isn’t the right time for her.”

Olivia has never shied away from voicing her fears about starting a family.

Going against the grain, Olivia has expressed her desire to focus on work over family for now.

Our source added: “She’s spoken about being in a chapter of life where her focus is firmly on her career, and how the societal pressure surrounding pregnancy can feel overwhelming.

“Olivia also recognises the realities and sacrifices that come with motherhood – particularly for someone ambitious and career driven.

“She doesn’t take offense to the baby questions, but pushes back on the pressure.”

In a social media post, she responded to the constant “When are you having kids?” enquiries by saying: “I don’t have heart ache around motherhood … my love and my energy is all 100 per cent for my career and my husband … but it’s not the only reason for women to live and breathe … We can do loads of cool sh*t now FYI!!!!”

Our source added: “Olivia knows people are excited about that next chapter, but she also emphasised that it’s okay if that chapter isn’t on her timeline yet.”
