Could this be the last time the Hawaii and Colorado State football teams ever play?

Colorado State is moving to the Pac-12 in 2026 while Hawaii remains in the Mountain West. It’s an unlikely nonconference matchup to be scheduled in the future.

It’s a key 2025 Mountain West game. Both teams are still looking to have a say in the conference title race.

The Coloradoan is bringing you live updates, scores and highlights from the game. Follow along.

CSU has new uniforms (but not for this week). The Rams unveiled “Snow Days” uniforms to be worn Nov. 8 against UNLV.

  • John Canzano, John Canzano.com: “I like the way Hawaii is playing. I trust that more than a one-off turnover-aided performance by the Rams. If Hawaii takes care of the ball, it wins.” HAWAII 28, COLORADO STATE 24.
  • Kevin Lytle, The Coloradoan:  “I think Hawaii is pretty darn good. Still, I think there’s enough real there to believe CSU can snag a tight win at home in front of a big crowd. This feels like a final possession game and the Rams get a dramatic winner.” COLORADO STATE 27, HAWAII 24.
