WWE star Cody Rhodes is featured on ESPN’s “Stephanie’s Places”.

The AEW WrestleDream 2025 card featured five championship matches at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis on Saturday night.

The champions managed to retain their respective titles in each of the four matches originally announced on the card.

Another match was added to the card after Mercedes Mone initiated an open challenge during the event. Mina Shirakawa accepted the challenge and put her title on the line, making it a title vs. title match.

Mone managed to win the match, adding another title to her collection while setting her sights on another one by the end of the night.

Darby Allin and Jon Moxley closed out the event with an ‘I Quit’ match in the main event.

USA TODAY Sports provided updates and highlights throughout the evening. Here’s how it went:

The competitors used several items throughout the match to gain the upper hand over the other, including steel stairs, a baseball bat and an aquarium.

In the end, it was Darby who tapped into the moveset of Sting, his former tag team partner, forcing Moxley to quit after submitting him with the Scorpion Deathlock.

Adam Page retains the AEW World Championship, managing to come away victorious following the battle with the former champion.

Joe gave Page all he could handle, attempting to put away the champion with his signature Muscle Buster maneuver only for Page to counter it.

Page followed through with the buckshot lariat to retain the title.

Joe was not pleased with the result and was joined in the ring by Katsuyori Shibata and “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs after the match, attacking the champion.

Brodido retains the tag team titles by pinfall after Bandido delivered a 21-Plex on Kazuchika Okada.

AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone issued an open challenge and the invitation was answered by Mina Shirakawa. Shirakawa is the ROH Interim Women’s World Television Champion. Both titles were on the line.

Mone managed to get the best of Shirakawa, pinning her with a backslide with her foot placed on the rope. As a result of the win, Mone captures the ROH Interim Women’s World Television Championship. She is currently the holder of 11 different championships.

Kris Statlander returns to confront Mone and spoil her celebration.

Kris Statlander got the best of Toni Storm to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship.

Kyle Fletcher successfully retained his TNT Championship.

The match contained several high spots throughout as each competitor tried to get the best of the other. Fletcher earned the victory with a turnbuckle brainbuster.

The Hurt Syndicate is the new No. 1 contender for the AEW World Trios Championship after earning the pinfall victory. Shelton Benjamin used a lateral press on Bishop Kaun before going for the pin.

Jurassic Express won by pinfall and earned the $500K prize. Luchasaurus of Jurassic Express dealt most of the damage at the end of the match, performing a chokeslam on Nick Jackson and a poison frankensteiner on Matt Jackson. Jack Perry and Luchasaurus offered to shake hands with the Young Bucks following the match, but the Jacksons refused. The Don Callis Family attacked Jurassic Express.

Jamie Hayter used back-to-back lariats to secure the victory by pinfall. The former AEW Women’s World Champion honored Antonio Inoki on her way to the ring before the match, wearing a red scarf.
