Both these NFC East teams lost last week, the Commanders going down 25-24 at home to the Bears after letting an eight-point lead slip in the fourth quarter, while the Cowboys were beaten 30-27 by the Panthers.
That was the fourth time in five outings that the poor Cowboys defence conceded at least 30 points and the Commanders have the offensive talent to take full advantage.
Washington QB Jayden Daniels has been in good form after missing time with a knee injury and while crazy things happen at AT&T Stadium, where the Cowboys have beaten the Giants 40-37 and tied 40-40 with the Packers this year, the Commanders should be capable of repeating their 23-19 win at the venue last season, although more points are likely to be scored this time.
