Arch Manning, Victor Wembanyama Pose for Jersey Swap Photo as Texas CFB Visits Spurs

Texas quarterback Arch Manning and some Longhorn teammates visited San Antonio to watch the Spurs defeat the visiting Houston Rockets 121-110 on Friday. Manning also did a Spurs jersey swap with San Antonio superstar big man Victor Wembanyama.
No. 13 Texas is enjoying a bye week after taking down previously ninth-ranked Vanderbilt 34-31 last Saturday.
It’s been a roller-coaster season for Manning and the Longhorns, who started the year No. 1 in the Associated Press poll but fell out of it after a loss to unranked Florida dropped them to 3-2 on the year.
However, Texas has bounced back with four straight wins to move to 7-2. Manning has been on fire of late, throwing for 674 yards, six touchdowns and just one interception in a pair of wins over Mississippi State (45-38 in overtime) and Vanderbilt (34-31).
The Longhorns face some tough tests up ahead, with a road matchup at No. 5 Georgia looming Saturday. Texas will also host No. 3 Texas A&M on Nov. 28.
Wembanyama is enjoying a great third season with the Spurs, averaging 25.1 points, 12.2 rebounds, 3.9 blocks, 3.3 assists and 1.2 steals per game. The Spurs also improved to 6-2 with the victory, good enough for a third-place tie in the Western Conference.
The big man has posted some incredible individual games this year, which have become commonplace for the superstar. They include a 40-point, 15-rebound game to begin the year against the Dallas Mavericks and a well-rounded 27-point, 18-rebound, six-assist, five-block outing versus the Miami Heat.
