EUGENE — No. 7 Oregon defeated No. 15 USC 42-27 Saturday afternoon at Autzen Stadium.

Dan Lanning recapped the 10th win of the season for the Ducks (10-1, 7-1 Big Ten), who travel to Washington next week.

— Kenyon Sadiq is a special player, best tight end in the country,

— Loved team’s temperament even amid big plays allowed or penalties.

— On Fox Crader: Prepared well this week. Coaches were confident. Isaiah World rolled his ankle on first play against Minnesota and played through it.

— Glad to prevent sacks, has to review film to see offensive line’s play

— On Bryce Boettcher’s touchdown: “He’s been asking for the ball all year.” Installed play this week.

— To be able to churn out the clock late against loaded boxes and still run for over 170 yards. “That’s what really matters.”

— “Proud to beat a good team.”

— Got to be better defensively on third down

— “Disappointed in general (in) our lack of composure at times.”

— Moments frustrated to not perform to ability but proud of strain and physicality.

— Some penalties “we should never be in that situation.”

— Punt return touchdown was a huge play in the game.

— On depth: “Strength in numbers, It’s continued to show up for us.”

— “Ultimately the most physical team always wins. We were able to be physical tonight and that showed up.”
