CM Punk Goes Off on Steiner Brothers After Bron Breakker Mentions AJ Lee During 12/15 WWE RAW

The December 15 episode of WWE RAW saw CM Punk return to the ring—and he brought all the smoke. Live from the GIANT Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Punk stepped back into the spotlight and wasted no time lighting up Bron Breakker, his opponent for the upcoming WWE World Heavyweight Title match on January 5.

After explaining his recent absence due to the damage he took at WarGames, Punk pivoted to Bron Breakker and didn’t hold back. He referred to Breakker as a cross-eyed “nepo-baby” and shredded his wrestling lineage with a brutal mic assault. The Second City Saint accused Breakker of earning his title shot with help, not hard work—pointing directly at Brock Lesnar’s interference and others backing Bron up in recent weeks.

Punk dug even deeper when Breakker’s trash talk crossed the line by mentioning AJ Lee. That was all Punk needed to blow the doors off the segment. He warned Breakker never to mention his wife again and used the moment to drag Breakker’s own family—specifically, WWE Hall of Famers Rick and Scott Steiner—into the crossfire.

Punk told Bron to bring his “father Rick and his dumber brother Scott” to the January 5 RAW on Netflix so they can watch him get put to sleep firsthand. Then, in classic Punk fashion, he flipped the infamous “Steiner Math” catchphrase on its head by declaring that one GTS equals a clean 1-2-3.

With emotions already running high between these two, Breakker’s decision to invoke AJ Lee may have just escalated things to a whole new level. The match was already personal—but now it’s turning into a war between legacies.

Will CM Punk back up his words and shut Breakker down in front of his family? Or will Bron prove that the Steiner bloodline can rise to the moment? Drop your predictions in the comments.
