Delores Ingram murder: Bucks County man pleads guilty to killing 82-year-old mother inside home

NORTHAMPTON TWP., Pa. (WPVI) — A Bucks County man pleaded guilty to third-degree murder Monday for killing his 82-year-old mother inside their home last year.

William Ingram will be sentenced to 26 to 54 years in state prison.

Prosecutors say he killed Delores Ingram in their Northampton Township condo in June 2024.

She was found buried under a large pile of clothing, towels and furniture.

They say he stole her car and drove to Washington, D.C., where he assaulted an officer.

He then told police he killed his mother.
