Haverford High School evacuated in wake of explosion threat

Haverford High School has been evacuated Wednesday morning after an explosion threat.
Police were told about 7:50 a.m. that there was a suspicious condition, that the principal was talking to someone on the phone who said a bathroom was going to blow up.
The students were evacuated to the nearby middle school, and police units arrived to assist the evacuation.
The youths were told to go out the closest door, according to police radio traffic.
Police K-9 officers were called to the scene, at least three of them from different jurisdictions.
The relocation was complete by 8:20 and police were checking the building.
