Watch: Zabien Brown pick-6 ties Alabama football CFP game vs Oklahoma

NORMAN, Okla. — Alabama football needed a turnover. And the turnover it got tied the College Football Playoff first round game against Oklahoma.
Trailing 17-10 with 1:18 left in the first half of the College Football Playoff first-round game, Alabama defensive back Zabien Brown secured an interception from Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer. Brown weaved his way through a few Sooners defenders and found daylight, scoring a 50-yard pick-six to tie the game 17-17.
Brown had a 99-yard pick-six against Tennessee Oct. 19, his only interception of the season prior to Friday’s game against Oklahoma.
Brown has five career interceptions, three of which came as a true freshman in 2024.
Alabama rallied from a 17-0 deficit to tie the game by halftime.
The winner will play Indiana in the Rose Bowl.
