Construction is underway on a 70,637-square-foot industrial warehouse complex in Flemington, according to a statement by Larken Associates.
The two-building project, called Flemington Junction Business Center III, is located at 21 Minneakoning Road.
It is expected to be completed in July 2026.
The complex will offer units ranging from 3,900 square feet to 35,300 square feet, with features including 31-foot ceiling heights, loading docks and drive-in doors.
The new development joins two existing Flemington Junction Business Center properties developed by Larken Associates.
When completed, the three facilities will total 270,000 square feet, representing a quarter of the firm’s industrial development over the past five years.
The new complex is currently available for pre-leasing.
