The winter storm that hit a large part of the United States this weekend has created a unique environment for the Pinstripe Bowl.
Prior to kickoff of the Penn State-Clemson game on Saturday, images were shown of the snowy conditions inside Yankee Stadium.
The bulk of the storm, which hit both the northeast and Great Lakes parts of the country, occurred on Friday and resulted in more than 2,000 flights being delayed or canceled.
New York actually made it out on the low end of the storm with just under three inches of snow accumulating overnight.
The Penn State-Clemson bowl game kicked off at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
