Dean is missing Sunday’s game after suffering a hamstring injury last week against Washington. In 10 games (8 starts), Dean has 55 tackles, 4 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. Jihaad Campbell will start next to Zack Baun.
Lane Johnson is sidelined for the sixth consecutive game. Fred Johnson will start at right tackle for the Birds.
A.J. Dillon, Joshua Uche, and Sam Howell remain healthy inactives for Philadelphia.
