Total Voting Rights
In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that, as at 31 December 2025, its issued share capital consisted of 400,949,956 ordinary shares of £0.000125 pence each, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 400,949,956.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
