Four injured after house fire in the Somerton section of Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A fire ripped through a twin home in Philadelphia’s Somerton section, leaving four people injured.
The blaze broke out just before 1 a.m. Thursday on the 10000 block of Nandina Way.
Dramatic video captured by neighbors through the Citizen App shows flames consuming the home as crews battled the fire.
Officials say water supply issues hampered firefighting efforts.
Part of the twin home collapsed during the incident.
Medics transported four people to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
Investigators are working to determine what sparked the fire.
