Packers list two questionable, rule out four vs. Vikings

GREEN BAY – The Packers have listed quarterback Malik Willis (right shoulder/hamstring) and tackle Zach Tom (back/knee) as questionable for Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Minnesota Vikings.
Receiver Dontayvion Wicks (concussion) is doubtful after not practicing this week. The Packers also ruled out receiver Savion Williams (foot/illness), guards Donovan Jennings (throat) and John Williams (back/physically unable to perform), and linebacker Nick Niemann (pectoral/injured reserve).
Quarterback Jordan Love (left shoulder/concussion) did not receive a game status and will be available Sunday, though Head Coach Matt LaFleur told reporters earlier this week the intention is for Love not to play in Minnesota.
With Green Bay locked into the No. 7 seed in the NFC playoffs, the Packers announced on Thursday that third-string quarterback Clayton Tune will start against the Vikings but have not disclosed who’ll serve as his backup.
If Willis isn’t available, former Atlanta third-round pick Desmond Ridder could be a possibility after he signed to Green Bay’s practice squad on Wednesday.
“He’s a guy that we’ve seen up close and personal,” said LaFleur of Ridder. “We played against him when he was in Atlanta and watching what he did in that game, he led them to a win. He’s got experience in the system. He’s put in the time. … He’ll be ready to go if need be.”
Tom, who was limited in practice this week, has been out since injuring his knee against Denver on Dec. 14. Former first-round pick Jordan Morgan started the past two games in Tom’s place.
Savion Williams practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday but didn’t participate the past two days. The Packers planned for Williams to play against the Ravens before falling ill before the game. Sunday will be the fifth game the rookie third-round pick has missed this season.
“We’d love to get him back,” said LaFleur of Williams on Thursday. “He’s been pretty hobbled for multiple weeks, and to compound that, last week he was really sick, so there was a lot of factors into that.”
In addition to Love, Green Bay didn’t issue a game status for the following players who will be available: running back Josh Jacobs (knee/ankle), guard Aaron Banks (illness/ankle), linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (shoulder), receiver Jayden Reed (illness), defensive lineman Lukas Van Ness (illness/foot).
The Packers listed Jacobs as a full participant on Friday, marking the first time he’s practiced in full since a Friday practice in Week 14.
Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy (right hand) isn’t carrying a game status and will play Sunday after missing last week’s game against Detroit.
Minnesota has ruled out former Packers running back Aaron Jones (hip), tight end T.J. Hockenson (shoulder), receiver Myles Price (ankle) and tight end Gavin Bartholomew (back/injured reserve).
Cornerback Dwight McGlothern (hip) was added to the injury report on Friday and is questionable.
In addition to McCarthy, the Vikings didn’t issue a game status for the following player who will be available: tackle Brian O’Neill (heel), linebacker Blake Cashman (elbow), running Jordan Mason (ankle), safety Harrison Smith (veteran rest), and defensive linemen Levi Drake Rodriguez (rib), Javon Hargrove (veteran rest) and Jonathan Allen (veteran rest).
