An investigation is underway after Victoria Jones, the daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel. She was 34.
San Francisco police say they found a deceased female at the hotel after responding to a report of a deceased person around 3:14 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner identified the body as Victoria Jones on Friday.

In a statement, Fairmont San Francisco says the hotel is cooperating with the investigation.
“We are deeply saddened by an incident that occurred at the hotel on January 1, 2026. Our heartfelt condolences are with the family and loved ones during this very difficult time. The hotel team is actively cooperating and supporting police authorities within the framework of the ongoing investigation.”
