Two preserved farms in Ocean County totaling approximately 193 acres in Plumsted Township are going to auction on Feb. 12.
The Huie Farm properties – Huie South and Huie North – will be sold separately at a 10 a.m. live auction at the Ocean County Administration Building at 101 Hooper Ave. in Toms River, according to the Max Spann Real Estate and Auction Company website.
There will be simulcast online bidding available.
The north property is listed at 98.33 acres and the south property is listed at 94.71 acres.

According to the auction listing, the properties offer “long-term agricultural and tax benefits.”
