Hillwood Development Corp. has started construction on what will be nearly 221,000 square feet of new industrial space in Mercer County.
A groundbreaking took place Nov. 5 for the 36-acre industrial development at 2772 Kuser Road in Hamilton Township, according to a statement from Hillwood.
The development is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
The facility will feature 36-foot clear heights and column spacing of 52 feet wide by 52 feet deep, with 60-foot depth at staging bays.
