A50 Uttoxeter shut after two lorry crashes

A main road in Staffordshire has been closed in both directions after separate crashes on both sides involving lorries.
The collisions are affecting the A50 between the A522 at Uttoxeter and the A521 at Blythe Bridge Roundabout.
On the M6 in Cheshire, three lanes are closed southbound after a crash between junction 18 for Middlewich and junction 17 for Sandbach.
There is also no service on London Northwestern trains between Crewe and Stafford because of overhead line problems, affecting services via Stoke-on-Trent.
