The savoury treat will land in stores on January 12 and cost £2.15 for a six pack.

It is unclear yet which supermarkets will stock flavour, but The Sun will update this piece when we hear more.

It comes as part of a mega design shake-up to its branding, featuring a refreshed logo of a modern “sun-inspired” design.

The iconic yellow and red logo now has rays of light coming out of the middle.

Each bag will also display the signature of the brand’s founder, Henry Walker.

Walkers said its the largest brand refresh in its nearly 80-year history.

Wayne Newton, marketing director at Walkers, said “This is a landmark moment for Walkers as we undergo our biggest redesign in years and listen to crisp-lovers who said ‘show us the honey’, launching an on-trend flavour that reinforces Walkers’ dedication to flavour innovation.

And it’s not the only change Walkers fans have been treated to in recent months.

Last summer, the brand rolled out two new permanent crisp flavours for the first time in decades.

It’s Sticky Teriyaki and Masala Chicken inspired crisps launched in August and are now a core flavour.
