Sarah Snook Looks Lovely in a Black Lace Gown at the 2026 Golden Globes

Sarah Snook is back at the Golden Globes with her third nomination. Tonight, the two-time winner is up for Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for her work in All Her Fault. The Peacock project, which is based on the bestselling murder mystery novel of the same name, co-stars Dakota Fanning and Jake Lacy.

Snook arrived at the Beverly Hilton this evening in a long-sleeved, form-fitting black lace gown.

In the show, Marissa Irvine (Snook) arrives to collect her son from a playdate only to learn no one at the house knows who she is, triggering a frantic search. As she and her husband (Lacy) try to find Milo, their family fractures. With help from a fellow mom (Fanning), Marissa forms an unexpected partnership that leads them into hidden family secrets.

“It’s very different from Shiv,” Snook said at a press conference in November, per the Hollywood Reporter. “[Shiv] is internally cold and stiff and presented. Marissa, there’s a warmth. And so much of it came from costuming—we’ve got knits and cozy jumpers and we’re trying to find a way to keep that warmth alive, even though she’s going through the hellscape of having her child go missing.”

Though many TV viewers will likely best remember Snook for her role as Shiv Roy on HBO’s Succession, don’t expect her to look like her former corporate counterpart. “I am terrified to wear a turtleneck now,” she told T&C in 2021 with a laugh.

The Australian actress also recently starred in The Picture of Dorian Gray on Broadway, where she played all 26 roles in the adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s famous play.
